Purchased appliances from the company and the deliver along with the sales associate wrote up the wrong product. I was delivered the wrong item twice on two different occasions and then the right item once and it was damaged . It took a total of 4 delivers to finally get my order correct and I was promised a $200 refund. Has been over a week and half now with no refund or follow up from this company. I highly recommend that if your looking for appliances avoid HHGREGG

This solved nothing. The store lost my power cord and sent the receiver to the wrong location. The store is aware it's not warrentech s problem. I am asking store for a full refund and replacement of new Bose system. I have been waiting for Hhgregg to to find a cord because electrosound can't check system without cord.I have been put off for several months and doing all the calling for a resolution.5 managers have been involved and nothing solved.actually the store manager has done zero and has never been of help but to put other people on this project

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I believe will resolve my complaint appear below:I am asking HH Gregg to tell me that my dishwasher warranty is intact and that it was not altered by any comments made oral or in writing by the HH Gregg installer. Saying that "we have no indication that ..." is not acceptable because they can close their business eyes to abuse of the installer and yet say that they "have no indication that ..." Send me a straight, honest statement that my dishwasher warranty is in place.

Ordered a washer and dryer and scheduled the delivery and installation for 12/2/16. The 2 gentlemen who showed up did not have the right tools and did not know how to connect the power cord to the back of the dryer. After 2 hours, they left and told me to call the 1-800 number to make arrangements. No working dryer. After several attempts on that number, I called the store on 96th St. to help me. I was connected with the delivery warehouse and promised that someone would come out on 12/5 to install the power cord. When I called the morning of 12/5 to find out the time window, I was told I am not on the schedule and the next available date is 12/13. After speaking with customer service, I am left to hire someone, do it myself (will have to repurchase a power cord as they did not leave me with the correct one), or make arrangements for them to pick up, return and refund my money. Terrible customer service and incompetent/lazy installers.

Falsely advertised having a television for sale during the November Thanksgiving period. HHGregg confirmed my order, charged my credit card, and even contacted me to confirm the delivery. Several weeks later they informed me that they did not have the television that I had ordered and tried to sell me a different television at over 50% more. Bait and switch at its finest. Buyer beware!!!
