I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This has nothing to do with a manufacturer's warranty this item was returned and they owe me the sales tax I paid for this item.  How is a Company going only refund you the price of the item they include the sales tax too.  That's common practice even the Missouri Fepartment of Revenue said the Company (hhgregg) is supposed to fill out the form needed for me to get my refund of the tax I paid for this tv.

apologize for the inconvenience [redacted] is experiencing. Warrantech will only offer a replacement if the unit cannot be repaired or if the customer is experiencing an ongoing issue. The part(s) have been ordered through the manufacture, and once available Ms. [redacted] will be notified with a repair date. Our vendor relations department has stepped in as well to assist in getting this repair or exchange expedited.
Warrantech does offer reimbursement for laundry expensive. We urge Ms. [redacted] to contact warrantech in order to receive that credit.

We ordered a TV from them on Black Friday, off of their website, for in store pick up. On the 27th we received an email from the company stating that the oversold the TV and they could not fulfill our order, we would have a refund in 3-5 days. On the 28th we received an email saying that our order was cancelled and they gave us a code to save 11% off an order of $100 or more, as a sorry gift. Again it stated that we would have a refund in 3-5 days. On Monday the 29th I get an email stating that our TV was ready for pickup. So I called the store, which took 4 people and 46 minutes to tell me I had to call the online support and they gave me a number. I immediately called website support and was on hold for 37 minutes before I got a really nice lady named Anita, who said my order was cancelled now and she was sorry and I should see a refund tomorrow or the next day, she gave me a cancellation confirmation# [redacted]. Then, this morning, 12/5, we still have no refund and I get a call from HH Gregg stating that my tv is still there waiting to be picked up. So I called online support again, at 8am when they opened and got a rude associate, who wouldn't repeat her name, that told me it would take 30 days to receive a check because we paid with paypal. I ask for a manager, and get Di or Die, who told me that Paypal had strict rules and it had to be a check, I said no it doesn't, I sell online, you can refund me through paypal immediately. She got very rude and said what did I want from her? I said I wanted my refund today or I was filing a dispute with Paypal because they originally cancelled this order, so I shouldn't be waiting this long. She finally put me through to banking that immediately refunded my money. I will never shop there again. I can't belive they can treat customers this way.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  The salesman at HH GREGG assured me if anything broke, the unit (washer or dryer) would've replaced.  It reads that way on the first page of the warranty.  It is a false statement.  They forget to tell you if there are any repairs, the costs of those repairs will be deducted from what you paid and from what your refund will be.  They allow 3 or 4 repairs.  That insures that you will not get back your total refund.  To blame this on Warrenteck who supplies the warranty, is very appalling.  Seems like a fraudulent act.  The victims are the American people!

Not being able to expedite a change to my account that was promised four months ago is inexplicable to me. This may be appoint that we will have to agree to disagree on - however I believe it to be inexcusably poor customer service. 
I am not comfortable making any assumptions about what should happen about the interest already charged to an interest free account, especially since HH Gregg now appears to be leaving that up to me to resolve if it just doesn't happen on it's own.  
At this point it will be June before I know if my issue was corrected.  I want to leave this complaint open until that time and have the opportunity to determine if the issue has been resolved.
Needless to say the business has lost a customer.

We bought a Kitchenaid dishwasher. The sale in the store went fine, we got a good price, but the deliver was a NIGHTMARE. First of all, they told us they'd call the night before to tell us what time the delivery would be the next day, but they did not call. My husband had to call several times to get an answer. He took half a day off of work and waited, and waited, but they did not show up at all. After a couple of phone calls, h.h. gregg admitted they messed up and they would bring the dishwasher at 7pm after the truck finished all other deliveries. So they did show up, with the dishwasher with a very badly damaged door. After another few phone calls, they agreed to bring another one two days later. So my husband took another half day off of work, and AGAIN, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP with the dishwasher. Several more phone calls, another half day off of work, and THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. Once again, more phone calls, and they finally showed up with the dishwasher and they did give us free install (we had previously planned to install it ourselves), but it still doesn't make up for the THREE half-days of missed work and all the phone calls necessary just to get a non-damaged dishwasher delivered. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this company ever again. They frequently did not return phone calls and clearly didn't know what they were doing. After the first error, there should have been a manager taking charge of this and making sure that we got this taken care of quickly and efficiently, but the ball was dropped again and again.

Since the manufacturer covered the store credit for the washer, the remainder of the service plan coverage should transfer to the new washer. It is my understanding that the manufacturer is covering the cost of delivery.Our Vendor Relations department reinstated the expired store credit on invoice 0031-030076. The credit expires in 30 days, after which time, we will no longer be able to offer store credit for the replacement of the washer. I am more than [redacted] off with this tacky company. I spoke with the GM, Andrew and he doesn't know his [redacted] from a hole in the ground. They are delivering merchandise between the hours of 6 to 9 p.m. Who does this? I have never heard of this? Why would you want workers in your home after 6 p.m. interrupting your evening after working hard all day.
I spoke with the General Manager, Andrew; he was apathetic, unresponsive and had no clue about what could be done to even remotely address my dissatisfaction. He could not have done less, just sorry, sorry service. When I asked why delivery was set up this way, and he mentioned that it was due to the sale. and this is the only way they can meet the demand. This is the only way to meet demand? Nonsense! This is a management issue with someone who does not have the ability to move past the problem and can only resolve at the inconvenience of the customers.
Now, I purchased my items a week ago, and it would seem that this would at least put my delivery in a normalized window. He shared that they are using Top Hat as the delivering agency, and I wouldn't tip my hat to him or them. Overall, I wish I could give a negative rating, the apathetic, wanton disregard and lackluster customer service has my blood pressure up!!
While the price has been right, the service and knowledge is [redacted]. I asked three different people about a piece that is supposed to come on the range and no one had a clue. I plan to give as many bad ratings as I can for HHgregg. So, use you're LEGS and avoid HHgregg. It's your dollar, and ultimately does a company with such [redacted] poor service really deserve any of your time or hard earned money? I think not!!
