Even with replacement parts the display panel doesn't work! This TV is a lemon and needs to be replaced. [redacted] is a very poor excuse for a warranty service. I recommend not purchasing anything from HH Gregg and using [redacted]!!!!!

I spoke with customer service close to a month ago, they promised me the same thing, that they would process another rebate and I should receive it in two to three weeks. I still have not received it as of yet, including today's mail.
This leads to further my suspicions that this whole thing is a scam to make customers give up on their due refund, and another reason why I should never shop at this chain or encourage others to do so.
Send me my rebate for $100.00 store credit immediately. Three months is way too long for this to be going on. I am debating as whether or not to contact my local news station, WAVY 10 in Hampton Roads. Their "10 on your Side" segment really likes stories like this.

The credit information was transferred over our vendor relations department 12/12/16. Ms. [redacted] will be contacted and provided with her credit information within the next 3/5 business days.
Warrantech does offer food reimbursement up to $250.00. We ask that Ms. [redacted] contacts Warrantech the reimbursement.

The the time of purchase, the HHGregg employees informed me that I could choose between a VISA GIFT Card or HHGREGG GIFT/Rebate Card. The word "Promotional" was never used.
Regardless of the card classification, HHGregg has violated several rules of the Credit Card Act, and if a satisfactory response is not provided, I will pursue litigation.

It is unacceptable for them to state that they are unable to fulfill my order when others who placed the order online are reporting having received their (identical) item. In addition, my order on H.H. Gregg's website is still listed as "processing" and a hold is still placed on my credit card funds, three weeks after ordering. Finally when I try to reach someone through their customer service number it is always on a long wait.
