the "3 year extended warranty " is starts at "date of purchase " so you are actually PAYING for the factory warranty period.

I WAS ADVISED BY A FEMALE SALES PERSON AT HH GREGG IN NORTH RIVERSIDE STORE, THAT I WOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR THE WHOLE DAY I HAD TO TAKE OFF FROM WORK ON THAT SATURDAY. FORGET ABOUT THE SO-CALLED UPGRADE TO A DIFFERENT WASHER. THEY HAD TO DO THAT, BECAUSE THEY SOLD MY WASHER TO ANOTHER PERSON!!!! COME ON HH GREGG!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!! AT LEAST YOUR DELIVERY DEPARTMENT WAS VERY EFFICIENT.
JUST REMEMBER....CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR BEST ADVERTISING....

[redacted] I am not satisfied with this response, I purchased this chair in October 2014 and chair broke within 30 days. I have been trying since November to get this resolved. Every time I call I get the same response as they gave you. Unexceptable all I want is my chair. What I told them is if ordering the part wasn't working then replace the chair. It's been to long. The warranty company took all that time to supply the parts. That was after the approved the repairs. I just think that when you send a repairman out you should ha e the parts available. He could not even look because if he had them until repair was approved. On the refrigerator, we told the salesperson what we were looking for and where we would use it. We told him the refrigerator would be as an extra for the garage. He never stated that your warranty would be voided if used there. He even sold us an extended warranty for 150.00. The warranty company told us to move the appliance into the house and then they would come out. I've owned an upright and a side by side which where in the garage for more than 20 years, with no problems. I believe the least they can do is refund the funds from the extended warranty, since they won't honor it. We can't move it indoors, we have no room for it. Im very disappointed with the service from this store.

The washer is less than 2 years old and it is unusable because it is leaving large amounts of rust on clothing. LG claims that the rust is "cosmetic", but there is no rust on the outside or underside of the machine. Every metal part below the stainless steel tub is rusting. My saving grace is that HHGregg values its customers and replaced the washing machine at their expense. HHGregg has integrity. LG does not.

My name is [redacted]. I am very disappointed in my purchase (order number [redacted] from hhgregg. I ordered a playstion vr system during black friday. Yesterday I received an email from paypal stating hhgregg was refunding my money. I cal in today and find out that they over sold the items and could no longer fulfill the orders for some people. So the inventory system wasn't working correctly. Thats a letdown. But on top of that I wasn't even emailed or notified when they found this out during black friday. I was only notified by paypal yesterday. Thats nearly 3 weeks later and very close to Christmas. This is totally unprofessional and hhgregg should be ashamed. This has caused me to scramble to look for this item for my kids. Most places are sold out and the items on ebay are selling for way higher than retail price because there are people who bought the items only to resell at a higher price. If I would have been notified sooner I could have still bought this item at a reasonable price some where else. Now if I buy it online I have to worry about if it even arrives on time or pay extra to ship it sooner which costs me more. I do not appreciate the way I was treated by the supervisor who worked on my case who only gave me $20 as compensation. This does not make up for the huge difference in price I will have to pay now and the headache and stress I am going through. I will not buy from hhgregg ever again and will not refer family or friends.

This has got to be the worst company ever!! I've purchased merchandise from them before and the experience was great. Went to purchase a washer/dryer set and they delivered it on a Sunday and the washer did not work. I called several times only to be transferred and no one knew what to do. They all kept blaming each other. I sent the corporate office a letter and still haven't heard from anyone. I'm over and they need to come pick it up! Everyone was rude and no one has accepted responsibility to rectify my issue.

[redacted] I try to return the washer back to HHGregg the first week I received it. HHGregg refuse to take the washer back. I call each day asking to take this washer back I was not safisfied with the washer it was not washing the way I like it . As a customer I have the right to return a item if I am not happy with it. I was well within my 30 Day at the time. I ask and ask to please pick this washer they refuse to. Someone from the corporate office Ms Joyce just said go in the store and get some fabric softener and put it in the washer.If I do not want the washer what that have to do with putting Fabric Softener. I am not happy with this washer from Day one Hhgreg Feel they can make customer keep item they are not satisfied with, wish I would have brought the item from Home Depot or Lowes I would not been having this problem. inconvenience and issues Ms. [redacted] is experiencing with her washer. I was able to get in contact warrantech and was informed there has not been a service call on the washer since 11/14/16. They were under the impression that the washer had been repaired.
We ask that if Ms. [redacted] is still having issues with the washer to please contact Warrantech at 800-446-9134 to schedule another service tech out.
If warrantech decides that Ms. [redacted] washer can’t be repaired, she will be issued a credit to reselect.
