I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have called multiple times to Frigidaire (manufacturing company) and it registered the stove and refrigerator have been fixed already. I have attached those receipt to this complaint. Since in the beginning of purchase back in August 2, 2015, I have been struggling with all the appliances broken. Everything that it was sold to me, it was damaged and maybe returned to the store by another customer. It is impossible to have all appliances damaged at once. I bought new appliances and it was so expensive expecting to last at least 1 or 2 years without any issues. but that it was not the case. I don't want to be calling to Frigidaire to be replacing parts for new appliances and I still paying like a new product. The service was awful and unprofessional. At present, I still waiting for the company to fix the ice maker...I am so disappointed with the decision and it is not fair at all. The money that I am paying is for nothing...because the equipment that I bought are not functioning fully 100%.
It is not worth it....

My complaint is how they deliver. Order a refrigerator,microwave and a washer, driver total a little over $4000.it was Feb 20. Got a phone call April 6 says will deli ever tomorrow April 7 between 11:45-2:45. I told them back in Feb I get off at 2. Going on vacation next week so I had no other option to take off work.

On 1/29/15 I've previously submitted a complaint to Revdex.com with ID# [redacted] which resulted on HH Gregg sending once again a technician to repair our dishwasher. Three days after the repair took place, the dishwasher stop working and has started displaying the same code as before.
Almost 5 years of the same issues and even that the company has failed to honor the "No Lemon Policy" that states, that "after three repairs for the same problem, they will replace the product with one that is of like kind and quality that performs to the factory specifications of the original covered product or with a gift card or check with a value equivalent to the original purchase price of the product." Obviously the diswasher has have more than 3 repairs and replacements as well. At this time a full refund will be appreciated.Regards,[redacted]

Thank you for your swift response and/or resolution to this matter. I accept HH Gregg's offer, yet at no time was I ever offered such a "comparable" model. I was offered only the store credit, which was the reason for my complaint. I do understand that the company no longer offers plasma screen televisions, and that only much higher priced models include 3D viewing. I simply would not accept a store-credit in lieu of their warranty promise (which--at $749.99--does not cover even half of the price of another flat-screen television!). If HH Gregg is forthright in their offer, I will accept the comparable model.

Attached and below is the exact email chain between myself and Whitney (HHGreg's Customer Relations Department). I tried to resolve this previously with HHGreg directly and the customer service all around has been deplorable. I should not have to waste more of my time and energy to express such dissatisfaction with HHGreg's business practice.

I am extremely disappointed in HHGreg.
I have not yet received the gift card that I was promised almost two months ago
and received no response to explain why. Also, the brand new dishwasher that I
purchased with my package is defective requiring me take another day from work
for a GE technician to come out to see if they can fix the leak.
I will be escalating my concerns to the Revdex.com and other
outlets at this point because this is unacceptable business practice and other
customers should be warned.

recently purchased four GE kitchen appliances at the Mount Laurel, NJ HHGreg. I
am very disappointed in the store's advertisement of the GE rebate for up to
$2000. The store had the GE rebate sign at the appliance display that I
purchased however when I went to submit for the rebate I found out that none of
the appliances I purchased qualified for the rebate. The placement of the sign
was very misleading and the store employees should have informed me that the
appliances I was purchasing did not qualify. The store manager that helped with
check out even made a comment about how great of a deal that I was getting
since I was getting another $400 off. If I had known I was in fact not getting
the $400 rebate then I may have went with the other appliance package that I
was looking at.
