I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1.  The TV was purchased in Florida and the HH Gregg invoice references an Illinois address
2.  We are full-time residents of Hinsdale, IL with a vacation condo in Pompano Beach, FL and can provide documentation upon request
3.  The Sales Person was advised of our situation and agreed to accommodate
4.  The TV was never dropped or damaged while in our possession
5.  We never removed the TV from the internal foam packaging intended to protect it during shipping
6.  Even though there was a display of the same tv model on the floor (approx 6 units), the Sales Person went to the back to get the TV for us (probably a damaged return from a previous customer)
7.  My husband purchased the TV while in the presence of friends, who will support our claim

I was in there program acceptance now where you can make payments on an item, mine was a computer and after 90 days you pay it off and it is yours. They also told me that on the 1st and the 15th that they report to the credit bureau and it would raise your credit rating because you paid it off early. They didn't do that and I filed a complaint with the credit bureau because it still showed that I owed them after the 15th when they were suppose to tell them that the account was paid off, also it didn't raise my credit rating. They finally called and said they didn't know what happened. It was finally taken off but my credit score was lowered because of them not doing what they said that they would do.

I apologize for any misunderstanding. As indicated on our website, the basic delivery charge covers drop-off only for dishwashers. If she would like to have a dishwasher installed, there is an additional charge. We are unable to offer a dishwasher installation for the price of basic delivery. I have shared her comments with the appropriate department heads.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have contacted HHGregg through multiple avenues and no one has taken the time to review the situation.  I have pictures of the TV where it's apparent that the crack is not visible but no one has cared to review them.  If you are going to have a policy to check TV before is leaves the store it should include a process to plug in the TV and 100% prove that it's ok.  The manager's attitude and HHGregg's response to the situation is unacceptable. To insult me by offering a $100 credit towards another TV via your twitter group is absolute nonsense! Proves to me that sub-par customer service is a core value of the company which is demonstrated from the top down.

Even the person who went to repair sofa even said sectionals dont match. So why would I want a set of sectionals that dont match. I dont think anyone would. Its been 3 months and still waiting. How much longer am I supposed to wait. They only want to repair how are they going to repair a sectionthat does not match the other. They want me to keep sofa fine so for the inconvenience I should be getting a 50% discount.   This is very frustratating andi will take this further if I have to. As a customer who is not satisfied I will be forced to seek assistance from consumer affairs and maybe even legal assistance because I have my emails which state I got back to the company in a timely manner but I was not answered in a timely manner and just getting the run around.  All I really want is what I purchased a sectional sofa that match with no damages and I have to wait over 3 months to get them fixed but still not have a matching sectional. I hope hhgregg reconsiders thier decision and get this cuatomer what she asked for.
