I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When I made the original purchase I was at [redacted]0.  However since then I have moved and thus the address is what was update in their system when I called to make the service request.  This company even responding to you, is slow.  If they even bothered to do a better search they would be able to find me.  However after many calls and apparently service issue with their computer systems.  A tech came out, need to follow up as there seems to be a new sound when the dryer is used.  But due to medical issues I have not been able to follow up on it.  See if the company can find me under the new address provided which is my old address.

[redacted]   This washing machine is still under extended warranty.It has damaged so many of my clothes ,I am afraid to use it any longer.The tech HHGREGG sent to check it was aware of laundry detergent left in my clothes.He advised me to rinse them again.As far as needing a plumner,,,,,,,I had to do something,I purchased a new washing machine.It was hooked up in the same spot ,same water hook up,same line as the HHGREGG washer,it performs and rinses my clothes and guess what? No plumner still has not been called.I wasted money on HHGREGG and the EXTENDED WARRANTY...The tech from HHGREGG didn't help me out of 4 or how many times he came .Why would I spend $800.00 for a new washing machine if I didn't have to? That company let me down.

Warrantech refused to fix my stove citing I caused the damage.  My stove is 2 years outside of the manufacturer's warranty.  I flooded social media outlets with pictures of my stove and a narrative of what happened.  A Samsung representative (not Warrantech) came to my home and determined the catastrophic failure was caused by faulty wiring.  Samsung was good enough to fix my stove.  My issue is with the extended warranty that HH Gregg sold me.  The warranty obvioulsy was not honored in this incident nor do I have faith it will be honored in the future.  I would like a refund or store credit for the purchase amount of the extended warranty for my stove.  If HH Gregg agrees to this, then I feel I will have been made whole.  If not, then my step will be to legally and peacefully share my displeasure outside of the Lakeland location.

Meanwhile, GE has stepped up and exchanged the unit. The new unit is fantastic. I'll buy my next GE Profile unit, and all of my other appliances and electronics, from another retailer. Buyer beware - spend over 8k on a fridge and the retailer completely sheds their responsibility to help me weed out a lemon from the manufacturer.

The warranty/repair process with HH Gregg is severely broken. It has been over one (1) month since my initial call to HH Greg for warranty repair services (5/28/15) on our [redacted] front loader washing machine through [redacted]. It is 7/1/15 and our washing machine is still not repaired.
Nothing happened between 5/28/15 and 6/16/15 = That is 13 business days and considered unacceptable.
On 6/16/15 [redacted] sent out the wrong vendor to diagnose issues with our machine. After calling [redacted] the same day, they explained to me that they were unsure why they sent the wrong firm, but unfortunately needed to send someone else out to diagnose the machine ([redacted]). [redacted] Doc showed up on 6/24/15 - 6 business days after sending the wrong firm. Parts were ordered and have arrived at the contractor's site, but they told me this morning 7/1 that they can't get me scheduled for another week. That takes the total time to repair to approx. 6 weeks. This is not the A+ service that was explained to me nor what I paid for at time of purchase. I highly encourage HH Greg to elect a new service provider. This is beyond unacceptable service.

It is our understanding that Ms. [redacted] declined the repair. Most appliances come with a one-year parts and labor manufacturer’s warranty. It is our understanding that if a factory-authorized technician determines that the refrigerator is not repairable due to a manufacturer defect during the warranty period, the manufacturer may evaluate the service history for a possible exchange. The washer was exchanged and the new washer is not working properly.  Once again, no call backs from management.  However, Samsung will be sending out a technician on March 1st, 2016 to address this issue.  Problem is not corrected as of today.
