For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I find it concerning corporate could not locate a record of Corli offering me a gift card to NOT return the washer and dryer. The return of my order was initiated by Chris which resulted in a call from his manager, Corli. During that call he told me that he would send me a gift card if I agreed to a washing machine replacement. Right after that call, I emailed corporate (from the HHGregg website) and stated what occurred during that call. When the new washing machine was delivered, the invoice stated an incorrect reason for the exchange to which I wrote on the invoice the true reason.During the initial purchase, my husband and I both asked about the price match guarantee. My husband specifically asked if Black Friday pricing qualified and our sales rep said yes. He further reiterated that we should purchase a TV by "x" date so that it could be price matched against both Black Friday, Christmas and Superbowl deals.I purposely waited until the Black Friday prices for the price match. My 90 days was over right after Thanksgiving. The contract I signed did not state what exclusions existed for the price match. I am disappointed with the customer service. The appliance was delivered broken. Chris tried to upsell me a new one. When I wanted to return, Corli called and said they would replace it and offered the gift card. And now the the price match is honored.

The representative, in fact, has tried to contact me twice. It happened that at those times I was unable to answer my cell phone without being rude to a cashier. I returned both calls, telling the representative the best times to reach me, but that information was ignored. I will take responsibility for neither their inefficiency nor their lack of cooperation.

For the third time, my order number is [redacted]. Please advise on why my order was not delivered as scheduled, why I was told one of the appliances was out of stock via telephone when it said online the merchandise was in-stock, and why my order was cancelled without first disclosing it would take a week for me to get the $2500 back that I spent at HH Gregg.

We apologize for the issues Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] is currently experiences with their refrigerator.
A claim was opened 11/11/16 for the unit not cooling and error message. It normally takes the service company 24/48 business hrs to contact the customer to schedule a service date.
Warrantech offers a onetime replacement if the unit can’t be repaired, or after 4 service calls (also indicated in the warranty brochure). Replacements are issued in the form of an in store credit where customer can reselect, unfortunately refunds are not an option.
We appreciate having the opportunity to answer the complaint.

I find it totally unsatisfactory that they sell a stove with double oven that is SELF Cleaning and expect me to use Easy OFF TO GET IT CLEANED IF NEEDED PER THE SAMSUNG REPAIR COMPANY. everyone I tell this story to laughs. I promise you HHGREGG is not winning business with this kind of promotion and doing business. In my eyes they are not smart business people. I am a Real Estate Broker and need daily sellers and buyers and now I tell them not to BUY anything at Hhgregg as they do not stand behind their products they sell. Apparently they don't care and they should stand behind what they sell. But they are too short sighted to see that. What goes around comes around and KARMA is something I believe in.
It is advertised as self cleaning and I expect it to ne self cleaning. Further the authorized Samsung repair person tells me 2x that he can't do anything. The oven LOCKS up when you use the self cleaning feature. I call that FALSE Advertisement at a minimum complaint. Other complaints were it sets on fore. explodes and has caused a house fire. Really, do you want me to try to risk my families and my life by using the self cleaning feature that does not work per SAMSUMG technician? I am writing to the Consumer Safety Commission for a recall of this product and then they can replace all the ovens they sold under false presence. I am not going to stop until I get satisfaction. This is not satisfactory.
