[redacted]I have been in touch with an LG Suprervisor and they will be sending out an LG serviceman to hopefully resolve the issue.  I will let you know if this issue is resolved in the near future.  [redacted]

I ordered a product online and never received a email confirmation number. I called a few days after to ask where my product was and they said it would ship. I kept calling and they said they would ship the product the next day. I wait a week and called again to hear the same stuff everyday that it would be shipping the next day and that it is in stock. I finally had enough and just cancelled the product. I forgot to reach someone in customer service took an average of about 45 mins every time. So not only has this company gave me hope, they wasted my time and effort. Don't trust this company at all, they should all be fired.

I have tried to contact warrantech which is the provider of hh gregg extended warranty contracts, the problem I have is from previous problem that was under warranty.  The door is not sealing on the freezer due to the metal guide seems to be bent or something which is not allowing the door to close properly. If you are not going to stand behind a door that isn't properly closing with a warranty that says it covers mechanical defect, then I would like the documentation that shows it is not covered.  I believe a door not being able close properly would be a mechanical defect. And if you are not going to stand behind warranty hh gregg sold me then hh gregg should refund my money I paid for that warranty.
