The above is what was auto-populated by the system. I agree that the refund was satisfactory to me... the fact that it took an additional 5 days to receive the refund does not. During that time, the business collects interest off of the sale amount... all the while I lose monies by paying a daily interest rate charge on my credit card (method which I used to purchase). Granted, we are talking about a small amount of change. But you take my incident and multiply it by a few hundred, if not thousands, and that number adds up quickly. Go out to the business Facebook page and read through the comments. There are a lot more people that have experienced the same issue. And that's just one media social site. The business does not lose any monies. But the consumer does. That to me is a scam. At the least, very poor business practice. But one that they can make a profit from.

We apologize for the inconvenience and issue that Ms. [redacted] experienced with her dishwasher. Due to no servicer in Ms. [redacted] area Warrantech has issued a credit to reselect. The credit is for the cost of the dishwasher $299.99. At this time the warranty is fulfilled and Ms. [redacted] will have to purchase another extended warranty.

While HH Gregg maintains they did not have such an offer in their stores, I disagree. Here is the rebate I complete and saw when I was in their store. THIS REBATE WAS ON TOP OF THE WASHER WE BOUGHT.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I spoke with Todd at [redacted], he stated that they could not do anything because there were two bulletins published/acknowledged by Samsung stating that there is a design flaw, that the icemaker will not work and will never work. Todd told me to call Samsung Executive escalation, which I did, they stated that they could not replace the refrigerator, that [redacted] needed to send out a tech for repair that the only thing Samsung could do is send out a service repair tech at my own expense. This has not been resolved after 25-30 calls now, with another service tech coming out scheduled for Monday again.

I do not understand why I have to go thru such a hassle to get a sofa replaced credited or fixed. It should have never gone to this extreme. So what is going to be the outcome am I getting the correct piece that goes with sectional is sectional going to have one new side and one old side. I dont see why its so hard for a company as big as hhgregg to replace fix or even credit a mistake they obviously caused. I reported my issues within 24 hours of receiving product and now four months into the issue I still can't get this resolved. Will I have to take legal actions as a next step or keep filing complaints and negative reviews about this company. Supposedly a week after the person from repair came to see sofas it was supposed to be fixed so apparently it's obvious that your company keeps dropping the bAll on this matter so I feel like they really dont care. They got my money and thats all that matters. What other manager should I need to contact to report each and every person who has dropped the ball on this case. I am so disgusted with hhgregg.
