Why can't my money just be refunded? The t.v. Has now been worked on again. When it was returned it actually worked for an hour and fourth five minutes. Now it needs worked on again. This will be 7 repairs. I hope this kind of ridiculous and extremely poor customer service puts H.H. Gregg out of business!! It's what you deserve!

HH Gregg is absolutely horrible when it comes solving warranty issues. I bought a dryer from them less than 2 years ago. In the first year we had the motor and mother boad replaced. The second year we have had 2 motors replaced and know the heating element. HH Gregg refuses to replace dryer because the first service call was under manufacturers warranty. They will not doing anything until your service call is not handled and fixed within 30 days. They do not care about their customers

However, I did send an email to Revdex.com regarding my complaint which was mistakenly included HH Greg but should have been related to BrandsMart but no has responded or made the change on the complaint. The fridge was ultimately repaired, after 3 weeks which is unacceptable.

If she is unhappy with the repair of the refrigerator door, she might want to contact the servicer and schedule a follow-up service call. The Manager in training was able to reach an agreement with me. He was the only one that understood what I was trying to say. This matter is resolved!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We have been told we would receive the rebate since May 2015. On August 5, 2015, we were told by Jessica (see original complaint) that the rebate had just been expedited that day, August 5, and would be shipping out in the new few days. It is now August 17 and we have not yet received it. HH Gregg has no credibility with what they have told us. They have never followed through with anything they have told us would happen. They state the phone conversations are recorded. Please have them review the phone conversation with Jessica on August 5, 2015. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
