I contacted the warranty company several times, before they were able to get someone to come and look at the stove. They determined that the parts needed to be replaced, but state the earliest they can come and install is 8/23/16. This is unacceptable I have children and elders in my home and the range does not work at all, so its not like I can use one part or the other, I can not use it at all. Its already been about 2 weeks without a stove, and now I have to wait 2 more weeks. This is the warranty company that you chose to represent your organization, so they are a reflection of you. I need someone out here no later than Monday 8/15/16, but would like someone out sooner than that. I have to microwave food or buy fast food, this is not acceptable.

I bought a number of appliances and the store in Mayfield Heights OHIO bought the extended warranty
I have had a total of 2 claims and both were not honored because they could not find the invoice. I sent the invoice by fax and did not hear back regarding the receipt or the action taken. I have gone to the store multiple times, called the store multiple times with no assistance from either the Sales or Managers
I think anything from HH Gregg is to be viewed with great suspicion

We apologize for any inconvenience Ms. [redacted] may have experienced. Ms. [redacted] purchased a 629.99 range for $449.99; an indication that it was a floor model unit. Based on the information that was provided by Ms. [redacted] the store manager did offer a solution in getting a new door. If Ms. [redacted] would like to exchange the doors out she would have to bring the unit in.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It seems that Hhgregg has only responded to the issue of my warranty to cover my washer. As a consumer I am very disappointed that I spent almost $2000.00 on a washer and dryer set to have the washer completely go out after 14 months. I was without my appliance for 7 weeks due to Hhgregg and their 3rd party not communicating and or getting my issue resolved. There was no urgency as I had to continue to call for updates as I was made promises time and time again. I was hung up on by someone in Hhgreggs corporate office and all I received was "We value Mr. [redacted] as a customer". This is absolutely unacceptable and should be illegal. Hhgregg has stated they pride themselves on delivering outstanding Customer Service when in return they do the opposite. Regards,[redacted]
