I apologize for any inconvenience Ms. [redacted] experienced. GE Money is the administrator of the hhgregg card. We forwarded a request that they apply the promotional financing she received on her appliances to the $144.12 charge to her hhgregg card. Please note that the change may not show on the billing statement for two billing cycles. We are unable to offer her any additional refunds.
Our representatives do not have access to accounts. If she has any questions, the card administrator can be reached at (800) 333-1071.

 I able not satisfied because in the store there is no sign saying you do not accept damage goods already purchase from hhgregg store or anything about an open box tv and the only sign you have is a 30 day return policy and nothing on protection warranty saying thing like you do not cover that or employee saying that before you purchase a product so that response is very unacceptable since I have the burden of finishing paying for a product that you could not guarantee secure before it left the store because Sarah wrap does not cushion a tv glass screen and this was before it left your by the way!!!

I did a online order with a ship to store for pick up today. I received a contradictory email saying it was ready for pick up however in the email it reads do to the holiday traffic the item is not ready. If they are not able to supply the item at the agreed upon time and location they shouldn't be selling them!

I have done business with HHGreg for years now. I am not satisfied with their response because, they know that Warrantech was full of it when they hired them as their warranty Company and secondly, they should at least try and work with us with this issue. They are not trying to resolve this issue. They just want us to go away. I just had to call them about a month ago to get the purchase date of the equipment correct because they did not even have this information correct in their system, which makes me think that they are up to shady dealings. I probably will not purchase anything more with them in the future, because they are too unprofessional and their unwillingness to work with a long standing customer.

 I filed Complaint #[redacted]. You took HHGFLEG's word that the problem was resolved. IT HAS NOT BEEN. I am still missing the "foot" for the microwave. Just like the store, the Corporate person LIED to you. I have now been lied to 5-times about the "foot" being mailed to me. The folks at the local, store (Christina, Steve, Jody, Carlos) have all said the foot is-in-the-mail. This has been going on since before Thansgiving 2014. All I want is the small foot for the microwave, as it does not sit level on the counter without it. WhenI call, the folks at the store all know me, since I call 1-3 times per week. Worst product experience of my lifetime. Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer with 5 year protection plan. After 6 service visits, 62 hours of my time, and 6 weeks without a washer, still waiting for corporate, warranty company for resolution, which they are telling me "is not their problem". What a way to pass the buck. Would never ever purchase anything from them again, but after spending $2,000 and not being able to do laundry, what am I supposed to do? Warranty company is a scam, and corporate relations knows it.
