Thank you for removing my information from your system. However, Handy.com mentioned I contacted them throughout several months, on numerous occasions, but were only able to provide one single date where they offered support. And that "support" was not helpful in anyway, which obviously led to this complaint. I don't like wasting my time. Handy.com / Handy Book, is a deceptive company that regularly takes advantage of their "contractors" under the guise & legal protection of a Tech Company, with no legal responsibilities to their clients, contractors, state or federal government.Shame on you Handy.com! I only worked as a contractor to pay for Christmas for my family.So, thank you. You've ruined and exploited a great business model to increase profits.Your response is rejected. The customer reached out to us immediately after the appointment on 12/** to report that the cleaner had used a product that left a greasy residue on his floor. We processed a refund for the voucher he used to pay for the service. We also explained that we would be able to send out another...

professional free of charge to assess and treat the damage to the floors anytime after noon the following day (12/**) or anytime the day afterwards (12/**), but unfortunately due to the high demand and limited availability we would not be able to send anyone earlier then that. The customer said he would have to call us back with his availability. We then were in communication via email, and sent out another professional on 12/** to evaluate the damage to the floors. Following feedback from that professional, another complimentary service was performed on 12/** for the cleaning products to be applied to the floors. The customer has not reached out to us since to indicate that any further action was needed.

every 2 weeks was the selected frequency. As a result of this chose a booking was generated for October [redacted]. We send 7 day reminder emails for all upcoming bookings and secondary 24 hour reminder emails. This gives you ample time to cancel any unwanted bookings. First, they reschedule your appointments and then charge you when you cancel them. 2nd, they lock you into a recurring cleaning schedule. Third, when you try to cancel, suddenly the website doesn't work and either doesn't "take" your cancellation, but instead sends a cleaner to your house, and you get a text the day of the cleaning. You tell them you cancelled it, and the cleaner says this is the second or third customer who has said that to them, and they can't get into their app or the app isn't telling you anything. THEN, you get charged for the cleaning. You report the error on their website because they don't believe in using human beings to service their customer complaints. You email, they apologize and tell you there is nothing they can do. You tell them that you're calling your credit card company, and they say, "great, since you're taking care of it on your end, there's nothing to do on our end." I would not wish Handy on my worst enemies. They stole $136 and now I'm afraid because they have my credit card on file and I fear they will just keep charging and say it's not their fault.
