The recurring set up was first placed on your account on November ** when you scheduled your December * booking with the coupon REFERRAL_US, which was redeemable only for recurring services.  At this time, you selected a monthly recurring set up. The recurring set up was not...

disabled, and continued to generate bookings.  The booking from January * was the second generated cleaning on this plan. The cleaning plan has since been disabled, there are no cleanings confirmed for future dates, nor will any be generated automatically.  Additionally, the $58 charge was refunded to you yesterday, January *, and will post back in 3-5 business days. 
I've also had your credit card information removed from our third party, secure, payments processor.  Please advise that the last four digits of your card will remain on file for proof of previous purchases.

We've reviewed your refund with our payments team, and can confirm that the charge was reversed. 
Because the charge was refunded 41 minutes after it was initially processed, the charge will be dropped in your statement, that is, you will not see any money taken...

from your account when the charge was first taken on April *.  You will not see a charge back reflected because of the quick turn around in processing the refund. Best,

 I have been in touch with the business directly already. I have been refunded for the service u never received. However, they still will not reimburse me for the cleaning supplies that their customer service representative promised me they would reimburse. Their response is the representative shouldn't have promised that. I believe companies need to honor their commitment to statements made by their customer service employees, and this failure to do so fundamentally erodes my trust in this business.

[redacted] has been refunded in full for post services, totaling $147, $72 for the November ** booking wherein she reported poor quality of service, and $75 for the November ** booking wherein she repoted the professional hadn't arrived for the scheduled start time.

This issue was so important to me that I took the effot to send 3 emails to Handy's customer support, 1 [redacted] Post, 3 [redacted] Posts, 1 Poor Review on [redacted], Another Poor Review on another site, a credit card charge dispute case, a filing with the Revdex.com and 3 Revdex.com emails. It was the principal and all could have been avoided if the right steps were taken by Handy's reminder emails and then their customer support team. Instead they wasted everyone's time.Thank you for making this public.

This cleaning company is the worst EVER! I had them scheduled for a cleaning right before the Thanksgiving holiday with company coming over and they rescheduled 45 minutes prior to the appointment. Further, they rescheduled the rescheduled appointment not once but THREE (3) TIMES!!! I will no longer use this company and warn others that they typically come late even if they don't reschedule.UNRELIABLE to say the least!
Lastly, they are completely impossible to contact. There app is great for scheduling, however if you need to reach a person for any reason, you can't. Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. The cleaning ladies are typically very nice and all but one were efficient (one took over an hour to clean a bathroom that should've taken 15-20 minutes- SLLLOOOOWWWW) most are fine though... Cleaning ladies 4/5, company 1/5 if negative isn't available to score them...
I was "assured" by handy that the time they rescheduled for me would hold. It didn't. You can't trust anything this company says. LIES!!!

Fraudulent Company.
1. No phone number on website. No way to contact and get a a response.
2. No way to delete credit information online.
3. They make unauthorized transactions to credit card.
Never enter this fraudulent company's website!!
