My Handy Pro broke several items while cleaning my house in August 2016 (it is now January 2017). I emailed Handy over twenty times and submitted numerous damage claims and items still haven't been replaced. Handy has no telephone number and I am extremely frustrated.

This is only one of the very much situations that I have physical proof of. Now that handy is aware that Revdex.com is involved they're trying to just throw everyone money to shut us up. No! Just yesterday I was accused of a no show! I have proof! Then this morning they say I wasn't. The policy, changes every week. Revdex.com please look at and in their app from a pros perspective I can proof every perk and stitch they intentionally set up just a few days ago! Look at the reviews online! Handy steals and accuses people to cover up their stealing. I have witnesses and also know team members who are going to the law and Revdex.com as well. I would physically want to show all of my things to someone. Addressing one bity situation will not cut it because this has to stop with this Handy company and I will go as far as getting a lawyer, and talking the news about this company and how I tried handling them first with the Revdex.com in NY

The customer received their first cleaning paid through a partner voucher that required enrollment in recurring service in the terms of the deal. Services were rendered on 11/*. There is no protocol that would lead an agent to change the customer's email address or systemic error that could cause...

Regardless, we understand that customers may be unaware that they have signed up for a subscription service and as a good faith effort we have ensured that the correct email address is attached to the user's account and credited the account for 30 minutes of complimentary service. The customer's bank has already issued a charge-back for the cancellation fee so we are unable to process an additional refund for the $25.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
I will not, however, use this business services anymore nor will I recommend them to anyone. The business is, in my opinion, fraudulent. It took me almost four months to get the matter resolved with a lot of aggravation and wasted time along the way and the business is still not admitting its fault.

This a is a terrible company. There is no phone number advertised, and no way to discontinue your account. They have terrible customer service, and only respond to email communications.
