Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and can confirm that after days since I first requested it, I have now received my refund.I feel it is important to note that getting my refund from Groupon took too much effortThey have no valid phone numbers to speak with a person, therefore I was forced to do customer service on line chats on 6/15/2017, 6/21/and 7/14/and file a complaint with the Revdex.comThis is NOT good business practiceEach on line chat resulted in a customer service person saying that "someone will contact you within hours." I never received an email from Groupon or a representative of GrouponIt's only through my Revdex.com complaint that the business has contacted me and it resulted in a refund of my money Sincerely, [redacted]
