I responded to you a moment ago via email from [redacted] @groupon.com.Regarding your complaint: I see that we have... given you some contradictory information when you reached out to our Support Team, and I completely understand the frustration that this has caused. To be even if the merchant is closed as of 9/15/17, they will accept the Groupon for the paid dollar value when they reopen next season. This is true not just of this Groupon, but of all Local Groupons we offer.That said, as we did offer a credit to you in the past, and that was not taken into account during your threads with us, I have issued a refund of this purchase to Groupon Bucks.I’ve provided more specific instructions in my direct email to you.
