Complaint: [redacted] These guys think they're slickIt's called distraction and diversion, and what all liars and tricksters do.Here is the the exact quote from the email they sent me, and please keep in mind they sent it to me directly as opposed to sending through the Revdex.com for anyone else to see or review."Sorry for any inconvenienceFor security purposes, we are unable to modify anyone else's account without their direct consent."This has absolutely nothing to do with the person that gave me the groupon and SPECIFICALLY nothing to do with accessing or "modifying" another persons accountNOTHING :)Nice try GrouponThey used to have phone support and now only have email support, and yes I have screenshots of my multiple attemps even showing how it was ended by themPlease notice that now suddenly the respondent is an AmericanNo offense to offshore support, but this company is playing games.Again, I found proof im the form of screenshots that shows what they "couldn't find," and it shows specific info as wellVery very important point :) Please please please notice that they NOW suddenly know that it was issued by someone else (I did NOT tell them that fact) and they conveniently use that excuse to deny me WITHOUT any review or considerationBefore this they literally were playing stupid and "didn't see anything." Revdex.com:Honestly, this was not worth the hassleEach time I reached out to the support team it would take days for them to respondAll in all, I probably spend a good hours in emailing and reaching out to Groupon for them to fix itI've lost most, if not all, integrity for the companyI shouldn't have to fight for thisI essentially had to reach out multiple times, and each time I was connected with a different personI actually received different responses for the SAME email, each from different peoplePerson #told me they were sorry and that was thatPerson #said they gave me a refund but I had already spend it (flat out lie)Third person said I would get a refund in terms of groupon bucks in a couple daysI never received itTheir local Groupons are probably more worth your time than the GoodsDo NOT waste your time with Groupon goods, and give yourself at least a month for the item to ship, even if they say it will ship in days I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]
