I am rejecting this response because: Although the tickets are finally ready to print, they were not at the time frame givenIt states:How G-Pass Works: Your G-Pass will be ready to print hours after the deal endsPrint the G-Pass and use it to enter the venue directly; you won’t need to redeem at will call. This did not happen because when I purchased this item the deal ended within hoursYou need to change the way this works and stop misleading people by telling them that they will have tickets within hours. I would appreciate a partial refund for the lies that were published on the websiteI shouldn't have to wait weeks after a purchase to find out where I'm sitting
