I am rejecting this response because:I was first offered $in store credit and I asked to speak to someone in regards to getting the credit back on the card I usedOf course, Groupon never called me back and I had to call them several timesI absolutely will not accept only $in store credit when I was first offered $in Groupon store creditIf I don't get actual cash back on my card, I will only accept no less than $in store creditThis was the fault of Groupon, not mineThey should be liable for advertisement and they have the worst customer service.

I appreciate the attempt to resolve this issue with at the minimum, a match of Groupon Bucks to the $in cash I ended up payingHowever, this still does not get around the fact that I do not want Groupon Bucks as my resolution - the $cash I had to end up paying the 3rd party is what I want to recoupI would rather Groupon take back their Groupon Bucks, and corporate write a check out to me for the $of cash that I paid for this vendor that Groupon is having issues withI do not know what the issue is between Groupon and the vendor, but I believe it is Groupon's responsibility to either resolve it, or immediately contact all recipients of this voucher to not physically go down to this vendor until the issue is resolvedIf I had decided to not pay the cash for the car detail, not only would I have wasted both time and money for the gas ride there (to hours round trip drive), but I would have also missed my airline flightThis wasn't a simple choice of just shrugging and going home when the Groupon didn't work, and I'm sure many others face this dilemma when attempting to redeem this voucherI've attached a copy of the receipt that was issued to me by the vendor for the car detailI hope Revdex.com can expedite this resolution of a $cash refundThank you(***.jpg)

I am rejecting this response because: I did did as you said and I book something else and spent more money I was in Fort Lauderdale for one weekendI bought a day cruise They cancelled all weekendNow I am working on NYC I can not give it to anyone Or use it I was in a vacation/rehab for my backThe cruise ship company contacted you times to give me my money backNO response from grouponThe cruise company actually gave me the tax and duty free money right away Great service on their part horrible on groupon This is all stemmed back to the money I requested back I want all of it I am not doing another groupon
