I am rejecting this response because:Hi ***Thank you for your response and your attempt to make this situation right. I appreciate your offer of $Groupon credit, however that does not rectify this situation for me. I understand that we were misinformed and these optional tours and upgrades were not included in our package. I think you would agree that the details of the website are unclear as to what is included so my significant other and I both contacted Groupon to ensure we understood the packageAs I’m sure you’ve uncovered in your case review, we were both independently told that $1,($x 2) worth of upgrades were included in the “upgraded” package. I felt that our request of a refund of $for the flight transfer was a reasonable resolution for both us and Groupon. I was beyond disappointed when my significant other and I spent over an hour on the phone to be offered a $credit. I still feel that a refund of $per person is what will make this right. Anything less will ensure the loss of two Groupon customers

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was eventually able to get help with my problem, but it took multiple weeks and at least different customer service reps to finally get the help I needed. I am marking this as resolved simply because I was eventually able to purchase the Groupon, but their customer service is terrible and needs worked on. The problem of not being able to purchase the deal was on their end, not mineI know how to purchase a Groupon because I had been using my husband's account for years before opening one of my ownOne of their reps promised to assist in purchasing the deal if I sent confirmation of my credit card info, which I did, but then a different rep wrote back and instead just told me "there won't be a quantity on this since you can only purchase one." It was of no help whatsoever, so I wrote again. Then I got yet another rep telling me to "clear my cache", which I do nightly. They never honored the agreement of helping purchase the dealOnly when I contacted the Revdex.com did they fix the page so I could purchase the deal. Groupon's customer service is absolutely horrible, and I doubt I will give them my business in the future
