Log into your email account and pull up this emailmake sure you're looking at the email account tied to your Groupon account
Click "View Order Details"this takes you to the item's order page

Click on the Tickets tab, and note the ticket number
Then, send us that ticket number to ***@groupon.com and the best phone number to contact you with

I am rejecting this response because what Groupon is saying is a flat out lie I emailed and called Groupon several times regarding this matter and never received a response I also contacted the hotel myself who stated that they had no problem with cancelling and refunding since they didn’t even charge Groupon yet or were they going to since I was not goingTherefore Groupon is not being honest and I would like a full refund.
