I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Groupon has sent me a return tag to return the defective item for a full refund of $61.72. As of today, February 5th Groupon has confirmed that the package is on it's way back and I will receiving my refund. I will consider this matter closed and in a satisfactory manner as long as I do indeed receive my refund of $61.72.I will contact Groupon and the Revdex.com if this does not happen
