First to address your request, we can not issue $in Groupon creditYour account on Groupon had been reactivated and cleared to make purchases, but after taking a closer look, the "@opayq.com" has notSince that domain is used to mask an email address and other information, it can also be used to mask unauthorized activity.We use industry standard software to protect our site and customer's information, and accounts created using "@opayq.com" email domains have been linked to unauthorized activity which has been prevented on many online retail sites not limited to Groupon.So I can't guarantee that an issue like this won't happen againIt may be worth using an alternate email solely for your Groupon account, or using a different email masking service.While I understand that you are not satisfied with the previous replies you've received, we have done our best to assist you and have provided you with the best solution available in this circumstanceI am not able to assist any further with your particular request and we consider this issue resolved. *** *Groupon Customer Support Manager

was a delay in providing resolution to your issue. l see that your voucher for Sterling Silver bangles and Rings as been refunded to Groupon bucks on 05/05/for $43.24., however due to some technical issues the bucks are not reflecting in your account and reserved back, I would be initiating a Manual refund to your card for $and it would be available in your account in hoursWith regard to Other two vouchers they will be refunded to your card today.
