Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:Continuing to give me additional "Groupon Bucks" and apologizing for my "trouble", does nothing to rectify this situationWhat it does is make me angrier I am not asking you to purchase the deal for me, I am asking you to get me the tickets that I had already purchased, and someone at your company decided I shouldn't have I am willing to pay the originally agreed upon price I don't care if the deal is not available anymore You screwed up, and you need to fix this I will not be satisfied until I have the tickets returned to me If that means your company has to pay the difference to get them at full price, then that is what you must do.
