given you some contradictory information when you reached out to our Support Team, and I completely understand the frustration that this has caused. To be clear: even if the merchant is closed as of 9/15/17, they will accept the Groupon for the paid dollar value when they reopen next season. This is true not just of this Groupon, but of all Local Groupons we offer.That said, as we did offer a credit to you in the past, and that was not taken into account during your threads with us, I have issued a refund of this purchase to Groupon Bucks.I’ve provided more specific instructions in my direct email to you. my sister,  [redacted], was the account holder who made the transaction with Groupon.   She attempted to get a resolution but was only gotten an apology after we were already in Florida with no hotel reserved by Groupon due to their lack of confirmation of our reservation,  and [redacted] failure to get an acceptable resolution from Groupon, I stepped in and submitted several emails to Groupon and this claim to Revdex.com.  WE simply want the additional cost we are out of pocket refunded because of Groupons error.

I am rejecting this response because: Groupon clearly had false advertisement on that deal and I deserve some type of compensation for this. Yes, it stayed all sales final but it also stated that the Groupon included all taxes and I was charged an additional $45 for taxes before I left the restaurant. Groupon owes me the difference in what I paid because the whole premise of Groupon is to pay less, not more.

It's called distraction and diversion, and what all liars and tricksters do.Here is the the exact quote from the email they sent me, and please keep in mind they sent it to me directly as opposed to sending through the Revdex.com for anyone else to see or review."Sorry for any inconvenience. For security purposes, we are unable to modify anyone else's account without their direct consent."This has absolutely nothing to do with the person that gave me the groupon and SPECIFICALLY nothing to do with accessing or "modifying" another persons account... NOTHING :)Nice try Groupon. They used to have phone support and now only have email support, and yes I have screenshots of my multiple attemps even showing how it was ended by them. Please notice that now suddenly the respondent is an American. No offense to offshore support, but this company is playing games.Again, I found proof im the form of screenshots that shows what they "couldn't find," and it shows specific info as well. Very very important point :) Please please please notice that they NOW suddenly know that it was issued by someone else (I did NOT tell them that fact) and they conveniently use that excuse to deny me WITHOUT any review or consideration. Before this they literally were playing stupid and "didn't see anything." Nice try liars!Also important is the fact the email that was sent to me directly by [redacted] has no way to respond or correspond with him directly or by email even, hmmmm?

It's never the experience we want you to have.The warranty for this item was provided through a third party, and their contact information should have been included within the original packaging. Unfortunately, the warranty would have expired on 7/7/16 as the item was delivered on 4/8/16. After 90 days, honoring the warranty would be at the discretion of the provider. You are welcome to contact them at [redacted]In the event that they are not able to assist with the warranty, I have also attached a pre-paid return mailing label so you can return the item to Groupon. Most Groupon Goods are only returnable within 14 days of receipt, however, we are able to make a one time exception in this case. While we can't offer replacements through Groupon, if you return the item you will receive a full refund.Regarding the credit, I checked your account and can confirm you were issued $30 credit on 4/17/16.I’ve provided more specific instructions in my direct email to you.
