Thank you for investigating this. In reference to complaint ID [redacted] Groupon has agreed to issue a refund, and I accept this outcome. Since the process took six weeks and involved countless phone calls, emails, and live chats with Groupon, and since they did not seem to take action until Revdex.com got involved, I likely will not do business with them anymore.

Further, the Groupon refund policy states, in part, "For ticketed events, Groupon will not issue refunds after the day of purchase..." The business may offer other temporary discounts or change their standard pricing after the Groupon was featured. Unfortunately, Groupon cannot foresee or control these changes.Regardless, we have made an exception and I have issued $14.58 back to your [redacted] credit card ending in [redacted]. According to Groupon's Third Party site terms, we are not able to assist you for questions about refunds and the third party seller will provide all customer service.
Unfortunately, any funds you paid directly to another business will have to be refunded by them. We do not have the ability to issue a refund for charges not paid to Groupon.

Groupon had an ad on their site with a fraudulent price. Plain and simple. Their terms and trying to pass the buck to another site don't change the facts. They should take responsibility for posting a deal on Groupon with a price that was not available at any performance at the time the ad was up.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to issue a refund in this situation. I understand this was not an intentional purchase, however we can see that the purchase originated from the same IP address as your previous purchases authorized purchase. Whenever an order is created on an account, and email is automatically sent to the customer as confirmation - I'm sorry if this email was missed. Within 3 days of purchase we're able to issue a refund for Local deals unless otherwise specified in the Fine Print. After 3 days from purchase, we're only able to issue refunds if the business has closed, is no longer accepting Groupons.As I mentioned, I've also sent a direct email to you.
