I responded to you a moment ago via email from [redacted]@groupon.com.In ticket [redacted], it was stated:"I apologize for the troubling incident your child experienced while redeeming your Groupon with [redacted] Gymnastic Academy.We're always working to make sure every deal is unique, fun, and a great value. I sincerely apologize that we haven't delivered. Unfortunately, this Groupon is non-refundable. Please be aware that due to our return policy for Local deals, we can only offer refunds for unredeemed vouchers within three days of purchase.However, your feedback is appreciated and will help us to determine the types of deals we run in the future. We also address these kinds of issues with the business directly to ensure they don't happen again.For the inconvenience you have been issued $25.00 in Groupon Bucks. The credit is active now and wont expire until 3/25/18 ($10.00) and 3/31/18 ($15.00)."Regarding your complaint: While I absolutely understand your frustration and apologize for the troubling experience, we are unable to issue a refund for vouchers marked as redeemed for services rendered. Please note that the merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
My refund was processed a few days after my complaint was filed, by someone who actually took the time to read the refund policy that was sent to me and took the proper action. It should've never had to go this far and I will never use this company ever again, as their support structure is a complete mess.

I am rejecting this response because:The initial problem was not resolved, once again Groupon insists it is a banking error. I have all my banking records to prove no refund was made to my account. The bank has no record of a refund, just the initial purchase.

They were listed under a different email address, which would explain why you were unable to see those in the account you're currently signed in on. It appears the two items were delivered to your address on 2/23. I am rejecting this response because: like I've told you in numerous phone calls and emails, I was charged $45 for the service and when I finally was able to get an appointment ;because I have tried for months to even get one, I had to pay her with a credit card for something I already paid for. you gave me Groupon bucks for nothing -there is nothing on your website that interests me! That $34 Groupon bucks is worthless to me.  Your company has really gone downhill in the last year, customer service is low on your list and I will never do business with your company again .I am angry and very dissatisfied.
