I am rejecting this response because:I stated that the only acceptable resolution at this point was a full refund.  This 3 ring circus on Groupon's end has got to end. Groupon did absolutely nothing to resolve this issue, outside of their original response, before I ever even contacted the Revdex.com to report their shoddy business practices.

sorry for any frustration this issue has caused, but we're unable to find the charge in question.As mentioned in our previous Groupon correspondences, we cannot locate the charge you reference with the information provided to us. I'd like to reiterate the request that you to provide a screenshot of your credit card statement so that we can look into it. I am rejecting this response because as in your terms, we made all the necessary arrangements with the to use this groupon well in advance and even spoke with one of your reps to confirm this.  The other rep was asked at least twice to contact the business and refused to do so only sending irrelevant apology emails to us instead.  After that the this rep then removed the promotional value from our account without consent that we were still going to use at Keo.  The business had agreed to let us use the full value of the voucher if Groupon would have reached out to them.  We made special pre arrangements to leave our business trip for this reservation.  Now we are without a Groupon for our to go to restaurant.  I am requesting once again that you add $27 to the to our Groupon account due to breaking your promise to honor the $80 groupon we purchased.$80 minus $38 refunded (without our consent) minus $15 credit issued back = $27 requested credit to groupon accountOnce again we took all the necessary steps and followed all the terms per your policy and your first customer service reps that we spoke with.  Please honor what you promised.
