I am rejecting this response because:This does not help me at all.  My money was debited from my account within all but 1 min but I'm having to go through all of this.  I never received a thank you for your purchase email that said anything and no one can't seem to find out why I've never received it.   That is why I do not have ANY contact information to contact anyone!  So basically my money is taken but no product is available? So, no I do not accept this response.

Revdex.com:Groupon has me under [redacted]@yahoo.com.  They did finally refund my account. I received chats that said they would refund.  Then I received emails that saud they would not....but eventually they did refund.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because:I have solved my problem already after like a few weeks which shouldn’t of been the case. I am still upset that no one has the chance to speak on the phone when they have problems. I also don’t like that the customer service employees don’t ever seem to understand my English when I’m talking asking questions and responding. I also don’t like the three day policy to cancel any orders. I believe that someone should be able to cancel whenever they would like. Sometimes people might not need it anymore. In a situation I had I bought a Groupon and didn’t realize right away that I couldn’t use it in my state because it was strictly for another state and I was way past my cancel time. I spoke with someone and said I can just give it to a friend. I think that is completely unfair that I have to lose money I spent on something and didn’t realize I couldn’t use it and not be able to get it because of this three day cancel date.

through. Sorry for any trouble! I can confirm that your refund processed successfully on 09/07/2017. You should have received an email confirmation shortly after this refund was issued. If you're not seeing it, I recommend checking your spam folder to make sure our emails aren't ending up there.As your refund was issued as Groupon Bucks, the credit is available immediately in your account. There's no need to wait for a Groupon Bucks refund to clear; you can start using your Bucks right away on any of the deals on Groupon.com. They apply automatically to purchases on our site until they run out. You can see your current balance in the top right corner of the page when signed into your account at http://www.groupon.com/mygroupons.Also I can see that purchases were made using the Groupon bucks.I apologize for any inconvenience, and I hope this clears everything up. Contacted Groupon thru your chat line while at library to print pass at noon, day of show, and was told that it could not be printed at that time, "maybe later". I am rejecting this response because: You charged my credit card for something I did not order. Now I have to find somebody to give a friend access to my email account, print 9ff a label and deliver it to my house. That is unacceptable! You trick your customers with false advertising of the product. Then when I order the item you send me something different. If you ordered a 2018 Camaro from the Chevrolet and they sent you  Prius, you would say false advertising. Solve the problem you created. Why is it so hard for you to do the right thing?

I am rejecting this response because: I am a registered nurse and due to the injury I sustained I have been out of work for the past 5 weeks and will most likely be out of work for another 3 weeks to ensure my hand is healed so that I am not reinjured on the job.  The offer of $180.00 Groupon dollars for one of the driving experiences is not satisfactory to me because Groupon dollars unfortunately can not be applied to an insurance deductible.  Instead I would counter and ask that the $180.00 they were willing to refund in Groupon dollars be refunded to my credit card so I can use the money for medical expenses.  On the Groupon website it states that if a customer is unsatisfied with their experience, Groupon would provide a full refund.  While I know this applies to a used Groupon, I am kindly asking for consideration and being allowed a one time exception to the 3 day policy due to the injury I sustained and have $180.00 be refunded to me instead of Groupon dollars.  Thank you for consideration of this matter.  I wish you and yours a happy holiday season
