While it is true that we are unable to refund outside of our 3 day window under normal circumstances, I do see that we have an ongoing investigation into this merchant regarding difficulty contacting them. At the time of your original contact, there was no indication that this issue was present, and therefore previous reps were following policy by denying the refund. However, I know this was a frustrating situation, and since we've received multiple reports of this issue, I have issued you a full refund to your original form of payment.Please allow up to 10 business days for this refund to fully post to your account. Additionally, I have issued you $20 in Groupon Bucks to your account for the inconvenience. Groupon Bucks will automatically apply to any future purchase, and will not expire for 180 days.Again, I'm sorry for any frustration this has caused. This response was actually false, no information was sent. Going through legal channels I was able to resolve this with Groupon however. This matter is closed as long as the refund remains in place.

You should have received an email confirmation shortly after this refund was issued. If you're not seeing it, I recommend checking your spam folder to make sure our emails aren't ending up there.Your refund was processed to the original payment method (PayPal), and it should appear on your statement as a refund from Groupon, Inc. Though the funds are out of our hands, it can take a little time for banks and financial institutions to route those funds correctly and post them to your account. I am rejecting this response because:Griupon has done this for me before, at least 5 times. They have taken my EXPIRIBG groupons and put them back through as GROUPON BUCKS. RECENTLY EXPIRED groupons happened because I have no use for them and because IM MOVING SOON AND CANNOT FIND SOMEONE TO USE THEM. I’m moving to ANOTHER STATE.
