was a delay in providing resolution to your issue. l see that your voucher for rodizio-grill-brazilian-steakhouse-dinner-denver as been charged perfectly.Again, we're very sorry for any confusion with this deal, Explaning you bill which you had attached, the price that was charged by the Groupon was correct, According to the price each Groupon covered the meal which comes to $32.50, as well as 2 glasses of wine, for a total for $45. That's where the saving portion from the Groupon come in. At regular price, that would normally be $81.99 per person, all inclusive.According to the menu available on the merchant's website, the Full Rodizio is charged at $36.99 a piece, demonstrated on the bill. That comes to $73.98 in total, plus tax, which was $16.32. The total is $90.30, which comes out to $45.15 per person for the extra 2 people that weren't covered by the Groupon. As well, the tip you entered was added to the statement at the end, coming to $105.30, I hope that clarifies the transaction. I’ve provided more specific instructions in my direct email to you. I am rejecting this response because: what I purchased per the Groupon offer was not what I was told I was to get by the owner of Massage Spring. I have contacted my credit card company and they have this issue listed as a "bait and switch" and credited my account. According to the details Groupon is offering, I can trade but if not re-purchased, the trade will expire within 14 days. I do not plan on dealing with Groupon again since it seems they are in the business to "bait and switch" the offer purchased. I am sorry that this happened since I really was hoping to get a massage and try out this new business but now I never return because of this "bait and switch".
