we reached out to [redacted] Beach Resort for approval of a late cancellation.The resort let us know that, because Panama City Beach was not in the path of hurricane Irma and the area was not evacuated, no refund could be approved for your reservation. [redacted] Beach Resort maintained this policy for all their guests, including customers who purchased their reservations through Groupon.Groupon is unable to issue a refund past a property's cancellation deadline without approval from that property. If a property does not approve a refund, Groupon cannot pay for the reservation on your behalf. For this reason, your reservation remains non-refundable.Thank you for your understanding.

I am rejecting this response because:This is the note that I sent the Business.[redacted], First of all, Thank you for the partial refund of $29.50 (as per your email is below).The main reason I purchased this Groupon for this merchant was for the facial. Since the merchant refuses to perform the facial, I’m not interested in going back to them to redeem the 2nd Groupon.For this reason, I request that Groupon refund me the full amount of the 2nd Groupon. I’m requesting an additional refund of $14.75, which will cover the full amount of the 2nd Groupon.

complaint concerning a Groupon you purchased for Lids? If so, I wasn't able to find your purchase using this email address. Could you have used an account associated with another email address to make the purchase?
I can definitely find any Groupons that you have been charged for; I'll just need a little more information. Could you please provide as much of the following information as possible?
(Please be sure to provide this information above the reply line in this email)
The last four digits of the credit card that was charged
The date of the charge
The cardholder name
The city from which it was purchased
The total price paid
Any other email addresses you may have used
Once I have this, I'll be able to find the account you've used to purchase your Groupons and look into this issue. However, it sounds like you may be referring to an extra charge that Lids charged you directly. if that is the case, I suggest filing a new complaint with the Revdex.com with Lids specifically as Groupon has no affiliation with Lids and will not be able to assist in a Lids specific issue.
