I am rejecting this response because: 3 days past and so cannot be refunded??? It is a servce coupon not used for hidden and excessive additional fees of $10. No reasonable person would expect such outrageous extra fees additional to $46 oil change cost. It was not disclosed initially because Groupon knew nobody will buy the service if such $10 extra is disclosed. Further, your price of $56 is more expensive than Toyota dealer price of $50. Stop this kind of bait and switch practice!

It should appear on your statement as a refund from Groupon, Inc.Though the funds are out of our hands, it can take a little time for banks and financial institutions to route those funds correctly and post them to your account. I am rejecting this response because: Groupon has been making the same offer for close to a month. I would be allowed 24hrs to choose another "local deal" of equal value to trade. I understood that Groupon would not give a refund. Yes, I was lied to by one of their partner merchants, however those merchants do not work for Groupon, they simply provide Groupon a generous income stream, and Groupon does not have to stand by anything that their "partners" do or say. Once Groupon takes your cash, that is all that matters. I offered to take "Groupon Bucks" which is the equivalent to store credit, which pretty much every store nationwide offers, if a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase. However Groupon rejected this also, only difference is in a store the customer would be stuck with a item they don't want, in my case I got nothing. Groupon has my $88.00 the cell phone repair place has another $45.00 and I have nothing. Now that I am being deployed over seas, I'm out of time. So, this is who Groupon is. A multimillion dollar company who will take $88.00 and be satisfied that they left you with nothing.

We did reach out to the business on your behalf to try and find another solution, but we weren't able to get approval from the property to cancel your additional bookings as an exception. I understand this may be frustrating; however, Groupon does not impose the cancellation policies for these Getaways Booking deals, and I'm afraid I've done all we can do at this point.
