sorry to hear that you received a defective product and that you've had trouble communicating with the merchant to return your defective product. I can see that you were ultimately able to contact them and the merchant provided a return label on 12/12 for the 1 of 2 orders you contacted them about. You can use this label to return your product to the merchant for a refund. I would also recommend confirming with them that you can send both items back with a single label before proceeding.As I mentioned, I've also sent a direct email to you and included the PDF of this return label in my direct email to you in order to help expedite this process for you.
