I am rejecting this response because:I appreciate the offer of a Groupon credit. However, we do not believe we will be able to use the Groupon credit prior to expiration as we are only able to travel internationally once a year. We still feel that a refund of $350 is a fair compromise for both ourselves and Groupon, given that the miscommunication error exceeded $500 per person. Thank you for expediting this.

I am rejecting this response because:I paid for and received ONE turquoise MacBook under my Groupon account. The amount that was charged was $529.99. That was the Cyber Monday deal. The order I also placed for the orange MacBook, on the same day, was cancelled by Groupon. I didn't find this out for several days. I was assured by multiple Groupon customer service reps that everything was ok with my initial order. When I found out that was not the case, I was told they wouldn't honor the $529.99 Cyber Monday deal. Groupon cancelled the orange MacBook order unbeknownst to me. My husband then ordered an orange MacBook under HIS Groupon account. That charge equaled $649.99. That is a difference of $120.00. We shouldn't have to pay the $120 difference since we didn't cancel the orange MacBook order, nor did we ask Groupon to. They cancelled this without my knowledge AND without informing me, then they refused to honor the Cyber Monday price when my husband had to order the orange MacBook.
