I am rejecting this response because:This Groupon wasn't marketed and sold as a partial payment for the services provided, but was to include the full service as part of the payment. That includes any fees and sundries involved. Clearly there are numerous fees associated with this service through the company Groupon partnered with, and as it was advertised, this Groupon was to cover all of them for the price I paid. Nowhere did it mention that there was the possibility of additional fees. Clearly, if there was I would not have purchased it. I would like Groupon to provide proof that as this Groupon deal was marketed to me, there was a disclaimer that I may be charged additional fees.

I am rejecting this response because:They said that the offer did not state the hours of operation and the present websitestates the business is closed on Sun and Mon. The business changed the hours of operation since we purchased the coupon.I have sent groupon a picture of my groupon that shows days and hours of operation as " Mon - Sun  8am- 7pm (CT). I will try to send you the picture on next email. Thanks, [redacted]

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although Groupon Inc. did not refund the entire amount that was paid (they subtract d $3 from each of the two charges), I accept the refund that is due to me and hope that no one else has to endure such horrible customer service with Groupon again.  Additionally, I want to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service rep/supervisor [redacted] (He would not give me his last name or employee ID number), who continued to yell at me and accuse me of making the second voucher purchase.  I have never been treated so rudely by any other customer service rep by any other company in my 50 years of life.
