I am rejecting this response because: the business failed to resolve my problem and merely directed me to a completely different vendor whom I did not purchase the items from. I have no business with anyone but Groupon who was the one who debited my bank.

I apologize for the trouble and can absolutely understand your frustrations. I had our account specialists look through our system to see if they could find any additional charges of $49. The only charges of $49.00 that they were able to find were two separate charges on 7/14 - one in your account and one in [redacted] account. They could not find any charges of $49.00 linked to this card on 7/21 and suggested you reaching out to your bank which appears that you have done and which your bank has credited back to you.
You were issued a refund of $49.00 from Groupon on 7/21 for the Groupon listed in your account. Since [redacted] still hasn't contacted us regarding this matter and I would like to resolve this for you as soon as possible, I've just issued you a full refund and removed this Groupon from her account. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to be reflected on your statement.
Again, I am terribly sorry for the frustration that this has caused, but now all $49.00 charges for the [redacted] Watersports Groupon purchased on 7/14 have been refunded.

I am rejecting this response because:I tried by phone over 10 times and by email over 18 times and no one ever read any of my emails. Now all of a sudden the Revdex.com has been contacted and they want to make a pitiful, lackadaisical attempt to quiet me and make the case and problem go away. Groupon still has not realized what happened, what they did wrong, or even care. I tried to reach out to them but they could care less as long as they had my money. I paid for a 1.06 CTTW ring. The sent a ring. There is no way for me to know what kind, size, clarity or any other specification of what the ring they sent me was or was supposed to be because there was nothing but a plastic bag inside another plastic bag. Groupon later sent a tag with 1.00 CTTW on it. This only further illustrates their negligence, carelessness, complete and total disregard for accuracy and customer service. They forgot to send over the certifications attached to the rings so anyone who was not a jeweler could see what they bought. They did not try and correct their mistakes before the Holidays when I needed it after I let them know their mistakes. So there is no way I would believe a certificate that is attached to nothing and was incorrect in the first place. I ordered a 1.06 CTTW and they sent over a cert tag 3.5 weeks later with 1.00CTTW and attached to nothing, just by itself. They still owe me a ring gift box. They have not filled my order correctly or completely as of yet. No, I do not accept their attempt to quiet my Revdex.com complaint. They do not understand that if they sent me just a ring in a bag in another bag with no other documentation attached, I do not know if they sent me a real diamond, or the size, clarity weight, or cut I purchased. If they cannot include a box for the ring and then send over an incorrect tag how can I accept another mistake? Please see the attached pictures and their email as proof compared to my order that Groupon did not and does not care how they fail at filling an order. They failed and have not filled my order. I still do not know if the rings they sent me were real or fake but I do know they did not read my emails.
