Chromebook was delivered on 1/30/16. I am rejecting this response because: it is correct they did offer me a voucher to use as Groupon bucks but in order for me to use it they added an extra $20 charge on my debit card to use the voucher.

Although there was a recent deal for the same business, the offers are completely separate and the Groupon orders can't be swapped.As previously informed, you will not be able to use the $28 you paid for the ticket to buy another deal or the same deal again. As this is a GrouponLive deal (Ticketed Event), we won't be able to offer a refund or credit for a live deal after the day of purchase.
