I am rejecting this response because: I legitimately asked asked for refund not because I no longer wanted to use the refund as you lied about, but because I could not use it in a timely manner nor would the vendor contact me in a timely manner nor would Groupon assist me with any sort of assistance along the way. To boot, this trade-in you offer, you made demands I had to use it within 24 hours, some sort of pressure tactic for sure. Give me my money back for services that were fraudulently offered and never provided.

completely different from normal Groupon deals. They are set by the merchant so you need to speak with them regarding how stipulations for these coupons are advertised. I am rejecting this response because:I have made three additional efforts to contact [redacted] by email AND phone. At the same time I called Groupon because I wanted my efforts documented in their records. Each time they told me that they had no problem contacting [redacted] and I should try again because they told [redacted] I was going to call. I am going to try to forward a copy of my emails and their responses. I also asked for a conference call among the three of us and Groupon rejected the idea. How do I do this

I am rejecting this response because: All I am getting is transferred from 1 person to another in attempts to pass the time! They are not making any attempts to resolve the issues.1st - AX has already issued credit to me!2nd - Their practice of taking a "CANCELLED" Credit Card order by the card issuing company and then after a period of time (2 hours) in Groupon's case re-processing it in hopes that it gets approved HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED NOR EVEN EXPLAINED WHY THEY DID IT! To That end I am not satisfied nor will I be!THE COMPLAINT STANDS!
