really sorry for the frustrating experience you had. I see based on one of your previous contacts, this issue has been resolved. A full refund was processed back to your original form of payment on January 20. Though the funds are out of our hands, it can take a little time for banks and financial institutions to route those funds correctly and post them to your account. This typically happens within a matter of days, but we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.As I mentioned, I've also sent a direct email to you. I am rejecting this response because:I find it highly suspicious that my account was "compromised" the same day I made complaints to Groupon. My account was deactivated without any notice, I was not notified of the "fraudulent activity" and there was no communication whatsoever from Groupon except when I specifically reached out, and after numerous attempts. I was given the run around and nothing was resolved to a satisfactory status. This business has unscrupulous practices.

I am rejecting this response because: I checked the listing and "Valid for all windows except back glass" has not been added to the listing. In addition to this, the type of tint used should be added to the listing. People should know what they are buying.

I accept this response....but ....I did not receive an email from Renu, of Group On as she said that she send it just "a moment ago. As it took 2 weeks for you to respond, and I have reason to believe that your employee- Thennesh cancelled the circus tickets just for spite. It was my children that was disappointed the most that she decided to cancel both sets of tickets. Both my wife and myself were also disappointed in when Thennesh cancelled both tickets, but did not tell us in an email. She just decided to do it on her own- even I told her that I wanted the earlier tickets cancelled and would keep the 6 pm tickets. But she decided to cancel both tickets.....and not tell us that she did that. I have lost all trust and faith with GroupOn and you can blame [redacted]or that. I also caught [redacted]. lying in my first chat with GroupOn. I see that if I refer friends to GroupOn, I can receive $10.00, but I have lost trust and faith in GroupOn. [redacted]

trouble that you experienced in attempting to redeem your Groupon for [redacted]. This is never the experience that we want you to have. I've taken a look at some updates that were made to the deal after your purchased, and I did see it was edited to alter some of the original stipulations by the business owner after you had made your purchase. At the time you purchased the deal, it was listed as being good for a small pet up to 40 pounds. On February 15th, the business owner update the deal to adjust these terms so that the 'small pet' deal only included pets up to 15 pounds. This is likely why he indicated an additional charge for your pet when you attempted to book.While our representative that you chatted with earlier this month was correct regarding our normal 3-day window for refunds on Local deals, I am able to go ahead and issue you a refund in this case due to the terms of the deal being changed after you had already made your purchase. I've gone ahead and processed this refund back to your [redacted] card ending in [redacted]. Please allow up to 10 business days for this credit to reflect on your statement.
