I sincerely apologize that we haven't delivered.I can confirm that your partial refund processed successfully on 2/20/2018. An email confirmation of this was sent on 2/21/2018 from customer support representative [redacted].Your refund was processed to the paying card, and should appear on your statement as a refund from Groupon, Inc. Though the funds are out of our hands, it can take a little time for banks and financial institutions to route those funds correctly and post them to your account. This typically happens within a matter of days, but we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.Unfortunately, we're unable to expedite the cash refund process. If it has been longer than 10 business days since the refund was issued and it hasn't posted to your bank statement, please contact the claims department of your bank directly to check on its status.I apologize for any inconvenience, and I hope this clears everything up. any trouble. I can confirm that your refund, $10.80 for two vouchers, "Authentic Flavours at Montreal Hot dogs Poutine & Fries" were processed successfully on 8/31/2017 to the card used for the purchase. You should have received an email confirmation shortly after this refund was issued. If you're not seeing it, I recommend checking your spam folder to make sure our emails aren't ending up there.But as per your email on 8/27/2017, I am glad that you were able to redeem your vouchers successfully with the business. Hence, I want to double-check that I have your permission before reversing the refund and reinstating the charge for your correct order. This section will always include all conditions of the deal that you should know before making your purchase.In this case, the restriction in question is:"New clients only. "I'm sorry to hear this will keep you from using your Groupon. However, since this restriction was included in the deal's Fine Print at the time of your purchase, we are not able to issue a refund past 3 days from the purchase date. I am rejecting this response because this business owner did more than just a bad job, he harassed me
and made me feel unsafe.  I felt very violated with their approach and contact via texting and phone calls.  Its worth more to me than just the price paid for this groupon to feel safe.
