I am rejecting this response because:As I said before and keep telling everyone I have spoken with in this company, I will never do business with you all again. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company purchasing a product. Giving me back giftcards/credit will not suffice. I know that you all can return my money back to the debit card I paid the remainder with, you all just do not want to take responsibility for the mistake. I will not purchase from you all again. Furthermore, I purchased the giftcards myself in order to make the purchase, I can prove I purchased them if that is something you all need in order to give me my money back on my visa.
