Regarding your complaint:  I've just read all previous correspondence and your last email with Shaun. I would once again like to apologize for the trouble you've had attempting to attend the [redacted] Magic Show and [redacted] Steak House Dinner.  I just took a look into your account and I see that the merchant has decided to extend the expiration dates.  It appears that they were booked, as you mentioned before and many other customers were also unable to redeem their vouchers.  Your new expiration date is June 30, 2017 and I do hope that you are able to make a reservation at your convenience.For this inconvenience, I have added $10.00 in Groupon Bucks to your account.  These bucks are automatically applied to your next purchase, but be sure to use them before October 22, 2017 as they will expire after that date.  Once again, I hope I was able to help and by all means if you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reply directly to this email.Thank you for your understanding.Regards, [redacted]ManagerGroupon Customer Support

I am rejecting  GROUPON  offer because it should not have took  Groupon 7 days to cancel out my rooms. I truly feel that they should honer my purchase. If they made a mistake by all means it should be on them not me. because it took them so long to get back to me the rooms went up additional $120 a night. Groupon should show a little bit more responsibility for their mistake.

I am rejecting this response because: groupon is just not getting it I did use the e mail of [email protected] when u clicked to put in my cart from the e mail offer a red block at the top saying by invitation only. I attempted to purchase the item for several days and they are like robots at groupon it's the same response from groupon before I contacted the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because:  In this case, I have made every effort to make these sheets work - washing many, many times and then using to see if they are better.  This all takes time - certainly more than 14 days.  In fact, considering that I do have a life beyond washing and changing my sheets, it easily took a couple of months.

I am rejecting this response because: I've asked several times for a credit to be processed back to my credit card.  I've stated several times that I did not want to be pressured to use $189 towards "goods" that I don't need, just so I did not lose my money all together.  This has been going on for months with promises of a phone call back by customer service, only to receive none.  For Groupon to act like they did the right thing by issuing "groupon bucks" to use towards their goods rather than issue a credit back to my credit card is completely frustrating and very disappointing.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe this was false advertising,  I paid $100.00 for 2 [redacted] which I had to pay an additional $50.00 to have the 1st [redacted].  Also, the chemical that they used mused have been old because it did not work. So I had to pay an additional $50.00 for something that did not work .  If I am credit $50.00 I am still out $50.00 for a treatment that was not up to par.  I had asked a simple question about the adverting asking if Groupon was aware the vender was charge an extra $50.00 and no one responded.  I went on yelp and another site and found many complaints concerning this business and charging more money.  My case was not isolated and unsure what Groupon plans to do to correct the issue.  I would like to be refunded for the $50.00 I believe it is fair.
