I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Groupon needs to do a better job sourcing quality vendors. The same "Doctor" I originally purchased services from has three different postings on Groupon all under different names. The address is all the same and that is very misleading. I'm very thankful of the Revdex.com's help with this.

[redacted]Groupons handling of the situation escalated the problem their customer service along with their responses were horrendous.The date stated when the tickets were ordered was different then the actual game date. I made 12 calls before the event  trying to get the tickets which were never supplied .I took a day off work for the new date of the tickets and still no tickets. I lost a days pay hours of my time on the phone and endured a tremendous amount of aggravation from their blantant lack of concern and incompetence. It states on their vendors website in the event tickets are not delivered there is a 150% refund policy. Groupon needs to step up and do the right thing!

I am rejecting this response because:I am much more interested in what has actually been done rather than discussing what you intend to do.  Your solicitors literally called me when I was in ICU recovering from surgery. This, after I have asked numerous times to be left alone. Not to mention that I am on the national do not call list.
