Live Gold Membership.I will be more than happy to issue a one-time exception and full refund to the original form of payment with the return of the membership card. In addition, you do have $10 in expiring Groupon Bucks that were issued to the account that will remain for you to use towards a future purchase. The Groupon Bucks are set to expire on your account 07/15/2018.Please understand, the Groupon you have purchased is final sale, so we will be unable to issue a refund, once the purchase is complete on any similar items in the future. As this refund, with the return, is a one-time exception refund. I am rejecting this response because: it does not explain the conflicting language concerning the return policy that is linked to this specific purchase. Groupon continues to fail to do the right thing on their end which would be to refund my purchase when their return policy states that I have 3 days to obtain a refund. I contacted them on numerous occasions and they fail to state why their return policy would be linked to a purchase that is supposedly final sale. Their business practice of charging me when their website was failing is a way of cheating a customer. I have been harmed by their continued failure to remedy this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:I no longer want the Groupon. I want a refund! I am no longer interested seeing as how it takes months for a resolution on Groupon's end. A customer should not have been neglected. This clearly shows my business is not valued. The time for you to help me redeem the deal passed a long time ago. Your team clearly did not care enough to help my friends and I when we were unable to claim the deal in the beginning. My friends already received their refunds. I no longer have use for this deal. This issue should have been resolved months ago. I want a refund. Also like I told your customer service team several times both via chat and phone calls if you email me be sure to email I[redacted]@gmail.com.
