that the business " [redacted] Italian Ice bar" has temporarily closed from 10/15/16. They are scheduled to reopen shortly.However, since you no longer wanted to wait until then and wanted a refund, we have refunded your order to Groupon bucks. You should have received an email confirmation already after this refund was issued. If you're not seeing it, I recommend checking your spam folder to make sure our emails aren't ending up there.Groupon Bucks are available immediately in your account. There's no need to wait for a Groupon Bucks refund to clear; you can start using your Bucks right away on any of the deals on Groupon.com. They apply automatically to purchases on our site until they run out. This decision cannot be appealed.Please discontinue use of our website and our services immediately and note that we are preserving all rights to pursue further action -- should it be necessary -- to preserve the integrity of our program and the best interests of our company."Regarding your complaint: As we have already informed you, your account was deactivated. While any delivery issue that causes customer frustration is taken very seriously, we cannot accept abusive behavior toward our employees. All three orders on your account have been fully refunded. The $22 in expiring Groupon Bucks are not being refunded, as they were a courtesy issuance, and not the result of a refund to you in any way.While I understand that you are not satisfied with the previous replies you've received, we have done our best to assist you and have provided you with the best solution available in this circumstance. sorry for any trouble with your recent Getaways purchase. While we understand that you submitted your order by accident, you did so from the final checkout screen where purchases are confirmed. By tapping the button to submit your order you agreed to the purchase.Since this reservation was purchased fewer than the 8 days prior to check-in that this hotel requries to cancel a reservation, your order was non-refundable as soon as it was completed.
