I'm so sorry you've had a hard time getting in touch with Detail Fanatics to use your Groupon. We always try to provide the business's best contact information so that reservations are super easy, but we know it can be especially tough to schedule as the expiration date rolls around. I did, however, investigate the merchant and vouchers are being redeemed.I am truly sorry to hear about the experience you had redeeming this Groupon. We're always working to make sure every deal is unique, fun, and a great value. Unfortunately, this Groupon was non-refundable. Please be aware that due to our return policy for Local deals, we can only offer refunds for unredeemed vouchers within three days of purchase.I understand you’ve changed your mind about using this Groupon. However, upon reviewing your order, and I would like to offer the opportunity to take advantage of Trade In. enjoy the tour on 11/5. Even though their schedule has filled up quickly since the deal was featured, they're working hard to accommodate all of the customers who are eager to redeem their Groupons. We generally set redemption periods for our deals that are several months long so that everyone has time to redeem. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee timely appointments since our merchants handle a large influx of new customers and get fairly busy.Please know that if their calendar is booked through expiration, we ask that our merchants accept your Groupon for the full promotional value and schedule your appointment for a date that falls after the deal's expiration—as long as you book by the expiration date. Also, some merchants offer a waiting list, so that could be an option as well. I can totally understand your frustration.Unfortunately, any funds you paid directly to another hotel will have to be refunded by them. We do not have the ability to issue a refund for a fee that was not paid to Groupon. Of course, if you have any difficulty receiving reimbursement, you can reach out to your financial institution for advice regarding your options. They will be able to help you through the process of getting your money back.However for the trouble you experienced I have issued you $30.00 in Groupon Bucks. I am rejecting this response because: This was not a response from the business, it was a request for a copy of an email they sent to me and I have already forwarded to their Customer Service Dept and to a Customer Service Manager previous to contacting the Revdex.comDespite having sent the info over the day it was requested I have received no further communication from Groupon regarding this issue and the email they requested I send it to was a generic groupon.com email and did have any other contact info associated with it so I am unable to follow up.
