Just provide as much as you're able to and we'll take it from there. • The date you followed the original redemption instructions, listed on your voucher, to place the order on the third party site • Any order number provided by the business (usually given in a confirmation email directly from the business) • The business's email address or phone number you contacted and date of contact • Your shipping address provided to the merchant's site and the name used on your order with them Of course, I'm sure this experience has been frustrating so far, and I understand if you'd prefer not to wait for a resolution. Regarding your complaint: In the Fine Print section on the deal page, we included all conditions of the deal that customers should know before making your purchase. In this case, the restriction in question is: "New customers only. Limit 1 per person, may buy 2 additional as gifts". With this restriction, customers understand that they are able to redeem one voucher with the business and any additional purchases can be given as gifts to be honored with the same business for a different customer.I've reviewed your order, and I while we aren't able to offer a refund in this situation, I'd like to offer the opportunity to take advantage of Trade In. While it is true that we cannot refund orders of this nature, as they are only valid with the merchant on the day and time for which they were purchased, I can see that this merchant might have been forced to cancel appointments due to weather.Again, I apologize for not catching this sooner. I've issued a full refund of $106.10 back to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for this refund to fully reflect on your statement.You're a newer customer of ours, and I can only imagine this experienced has not given you a lot of faith in the Groupon experience.
